Does anybody have any idea how long before the Resolution Center might be back up? I realize we're smack in the middle of the holidays, but for something THIS important, I figure Paypal could call some people in.
I've used Paypal almost exclusively for ordering for years, but I'm starting to wonder if its time to reevaluate how safe and secure they can trully be when they can't even get their biggest and most important tool up and running.
