Someone donated 10 dollars to me then he did a refund to make me lose money to chargeback fees.
I need help with the ''Requiring your action'' part, what do I do?
I only have 3 options
''Issue the buyer a full refund'' = give him the money and I lose money to the chargeback fees
''I can provide compelling evidence (ex, Tracking information for delivered goods).'' = There is no tracking information, he just donated me 10 USD
''Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded.'' = ??????????????
