Hi on Jan 5th I filed a claim for a refund on an order that I never received from the seller. I paid the seller on Nov 2nd and gave her the benefit of the doubt but finally filed the claim. Today is the 25th and I still have not heard back from Paypal! All it says is they are working on it. How long does it take to give me my credit?? Has anyone else dealt with something similar?
Thank you!

Once you file the dispute you have 20 days to escalate it to a claim. Once you escalate, then PayPal make a decision after 10 more days.
When did yo file the dispute? What was the reason? Which option did you select?
When did you escalate to a claim?
