I purchased a blender on eBay never received it! It was a scam the seller shipped an item to my zip code so tracking shows shipped! I have proof from the United states post office saying the tracking was for a 3 ounce package and the item was never shipped to my address. It shows the Address and name the item was shipped to!!!! It is from the postal commission office on Usps letterhead! But PayPal never even looks at what I send!!!!!!! I have opened and escalated this 4 times everytime PayPal sends me a scripted response saying the seller provided tracking!!!! But it was the wrong tracking item address etc! How do I get help this was almost $500 and I need my money back!!!!
you have 30 days to open a case of item not as described on Ebay,Ebay will give you a shipping label to use for return,you just return the envelope and once tracking shows delivered,you get your money back.
