Hi all. anyone can help ? I filed a claim cases without authority but not respond ? until my account is restricted . I was very disappointed with paypal which has hurt me . I lost money , I filed a case of unauthorized payment please help . had 3 days of no response . where responsibility admin paypal

Perhaps you could provide details chronologically of what really happended and then what you actually did.
