Hi! I ordered some trading cards turned out to be counterfeit. PayPal asked me to return the items. I called and offered to visit a local card shop to verify the cards as counterfeit/dispose; PayPal representative Rose said no ship it anyway. I explained that I should be given the opportunity to provide documentation proving they are counterfeit rather than break the law per 5.2 of their buyer protection policy. I asked to speak to Ross's supervisor; she showed me how to get reimbursed for shipping. She insisted that I ship it, counterfeit or not. She even said I can tell law enforcement PayPal made me ship it incase it gets seized and I get fined. Im not sure how to proceed.
