I've been trying to escalate to paypal because i wasnt able to resolve the claim via paypal's resolution center. The thing is i'm trying to escalate it, and i keep getting this error. I tried several times, and nothing happens. I'm desesperate because paypal sent me an email telling me this claim will be marked as resolved if i dont escalate it in a couple days.
