Bought something from Ebay but it put me through guest checkout through Paypal rather than my normal paypal account for some reason and so now my goods havent arrived I cant escalate the problem.
I have the Paypal transaction ID but how to I claim back thoruhg buyer protection?
If you went through guest check out, you may file through your card issuer. First though, is it passed the second estimated delivery date on the eBay transaction? If so, you can elect to open an Item Not Received case on the transaction. Go to My eBay page and select Item Not Received on the menu on right of the transaction.
