Hi, so I got chargeback from seller with no specific details and this caused a huge over thousand negative balance on my paypal account. I tried to contact the seller but they said "It is best to consult with PayPal, as it is their payment gateway that allowed the transaction to go through. You may also, try contacting your card provider." I don't get this. I tried to dispute with paypal for the unauthorized transaction but the case was closed and paypal said there was no unauthorized charges. Now paypal wants me to payback that money. I don't want to pay for something I did not do. What should I do?
