Hey guys,
i made a payment 1 month ago to buy a pair of shoes. I used paypal credit through friends and family because the seller told me to do so. I am not experienced, so i did what he said. Later he said he shipped the item, but half a month later i still did not receive anything. I asked him again if he shipped, he said not yet, so i was frustrated and asked for a refund. He said ok refund, but nothing has been done by him. He always says dont worry man i got you, then just leaves and not reply. Now he does not reply at all. What can i do to get my money back?
