Getting a security key

.. says I can get a security key.  This sounds like a good idea.  I don't use a mobile phone and this seems like a physical device I can order.

However, the link it gives for "ordering PayPal Security Keys" is broken:

I've been unable to find any information on this.. how do I get one of these?
