Buyer made purchase of 2 items 12/3, they were shipped in one box Priority Mail, insured 12/4, USPS complete tracking history shows delivery to her address 12/7. On 12/22 she opened a case with eBay and left 2 neg. feedbacks claiming she hadn't received. I have sent her 3 emails with all the information eBay suggests and requires in an attempt to resolve. There has been no response from the buyer. Now PayPal has put a hold on my funds for the amount of her purchases plus shipping. If there was indeed an error on the part of the postal service she can file an insurance claim for reimbursement and I have offered to help her. Otherwise, I don't feel that I have any liability here. How do I get my funds released?
