I have started to receive emails masked as being from Paypal re: eBay purchases. I always ignore and if worried I go directly to PP or eBay's website and check to see if something has come through that wasn't from me and so far that has been negative. Is there somewhere I should be sending these emails to make PP or eBay aware? I am a buyer not a seller. Thanks.
