I have a charge on my statement that says "Debit Card Debit PayPal *LINYITING <removed> CA" in the amount of $34.95. I did not authorize the charge. I've tried calling the Resolution Center but have been unable to make contact as of yet. What is the process for reversing this unauthorized charge?
