Hi does anyone know how do I deal with someone has opened a PayPal account in my name but they used a different card and email address but they used my name and date of birth

name and DOB can be identical,it is SS and driving license,passport which identiy a person .

when he tries to link a bank account,thats where he will run into problem as the name must match exactly and he has to verify it.
