Some one set up a paypal acc. with one of my credit cards info. I checked my paypal acc. and all seems well but it is almost impossible to report this to paypal. They require a transaction to make a report.
Unauthorized charges are definitely a concern, and it sounds like your card information may have been compromised. I would advise contacting your card company to report the activity and ensure the card number is replaced.
