Fraud transaction please help

Hi someone took a red pouch of mine. They got a hold of my PayPal information and wired themselves $2,000 with my BoA. BoA was able to stop the fraud, but PayPal took the money out of my PayPal so I now have -$2,000 in my account. I am on hold now for over an hr with the fraud department... not sure how much longer I have to wait. Please help.

Also I can not open a case on resolution center. It keeps on saying please try again...

I apologize if this transaction has caused any stress. I can understand why it would. Don't worry, we do protect 100% against any confirmed unauthorized account access. 

 

Were you able to get ahold of someone on the phone? That would be your best bet if you aren't able to report the transaction online. Also, have you changed your password and security questions?
