So today I bought two textbooks off a website via an instant paypal transaction. I didn't have an account so I used my credit card and sofourth, but later created an account. I discovered that the website is a fraud not too long ago and am trying to find a solution so I can get my money back. Is there a way for me to file a claim, even though the transaction occured before I had the account?
