A client of mine has lied and said he had unauthorized charges and disputed his payments to me! When I messaged him he was telling me it was a mistake and it was being taken care of and continued to message me off and on about how he was going to give me the cash to settle it and just completely giving me the run around so I have the messages between him and I and can prove he is lying about it being an unauthorized charge but pay pal hasn’t asked me for any sort of proof and I keep getting automated messages back from them! What can I do? Please help! This is so messed up that this guy is doing this to me just because he thinks he can and it’s not right at all!
