So i have emailed paypal a day and a half ago and they have yet to respond to me with a real person so now im here. I had two people file a dispute against their "purchases" when i click resolve im given three choices that don't pertain to my situation. (a) This is a personal account. (b) the thing they gave me money for was a live chat so i can't provide proof. My guess is that they are trying to cheat the system and take the money they paid back. I dont think anyone in the community can do anything about this but hopefully a real person at paypal will see this.
