I sell vintage on Etsy and have a no return policy. My items are sold as is. (I do however, refund fully for items damaged in shipping) I clearly describe the items including all the condition issues if any. Never have I encountered this issue before but buyer purchased a vintage baby quilt from me and then contacted me later saying she didn't like it because she thought it was embroidered and now she wanted to return it. No where in my listing do I declare the item as being embroidered. I told her I do not refund for buyer's remorse. My policies are very clear. Can she now file a claim on Paypal ?? She can't claim "not as described" because the item is exactly as I described it. She cannot claim for "not received" because she received the item. Just curious if Paypal overrides any policies that us Etsy sellers have in place. 🙂 thanks in advance.
