This is a scam. A buyer DOES NOT SEND AN INVOICE. It is the seller who sends and invoice.
The email you received was NOT from PayPal. Check the real email address of the sender, not the spoofed one.
If you didn't send any goods, then you're fine.
If you sent goods, then it's a lesson learned. You need to check your PayPal account on your computer for any transaction details for a payment. In this case there is none.
So there is nothing I can do? $250 is a lot of money and getting scammed is just so sad because I am new to this paypal thing. He was texting me about the item but I do not know if that will help.
