I am situated in the US, and I looking to buy books from a UK seller on Abebooks. However, the seller privately emailed me offering a discount if I would pay via a Paypal payment request. If something were to go wrong, would I be covered under Paypal's buyer protection? I'm pretty sure the seller has a UK paypal account.
