I have lost two out of two cases. One the listing showed pictures of damage and I guess because it wasn’t labeled for parts on eBay they went in the buyers favor. The next a buyer bought and item and was damaged in shipping which was insured for the full value but didn’t go to Usps right away so they denied his claim then filed a dispute with his credit card without letting me know that Usps declined to pay. So they got a free item that would work perfectly fine with some cosmetic damage from shipping. I took a loss on the item and had to pay a fee for the dispute on the credit card company.

There is really no seller protection for item not as described,in both cases, they are damaged in transit .
