I recently purchased something off Ebay and when it got to me, it wasn't as discribed. I paid over $70 for this item. I conctacted the seller and they agreed to refund the item. I mailed it back and now they won't refund my money. They have just stopped communicating with me after sending me the return label.
Can I dispute the charge with paypal? Who can I contact about this?
