Dispute question on non recieved item

I have a dispute that is open for not recieving my items, my items have arrived in the process of my dispute. However one of the clothing items fitment is not correct. Should i close the claim and work with the seller to correct the problem or leave it go until i can return the item and have a replacement item sent?

Change the dispute reason to Item Not as Described if possible, then work it out with the seller.  If you can't, escalate which you'll  be required to return it for refund.  

 

My 2 cents.  I'm sure others will chime in.
