Basically I bought something off someone and it was 150$. After I sent them the money they stopped replying and eventually blocked me, I started a case/dispute and he hasn’t replied to the case in 15 days. But I got an email saying “We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use.” I put the case in as suspicious activity but paypal put it as unauthorized activity. Will I get my money back because I didn’t get what I bought or my money back. Please help thanks!

Hello,
I apologise that you are experiencing these difficulties.
When you were making a dispute, you should have selected "I didn't receive the item" or "Item wasn't as described".
The only possible way you MIGHT be able to get your money back is by talking to PayPal Customer Service.
However, in the future, please only select "Suspicious Activity" if the transaction was unauthorised.
