Dispute not resolved closed

I reported an unauthorized purchase on January 31st. It was decided that it was unauthorized and I would be fully refunded. I closed my old bank account after this happened and opened a new one. I got an email from paypal saying that they couldn't get the funds out of my old account and that my new one wouldn't be charged. my balance became negative and asked for the funds back. so I sent them back. I just called paypal a few minutes ago, and after being transfered several times I was told that since they couldn't get the funds out of my account that's why they were asking for them back. But that was from my old account. Is there anything I can do?
