After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time.
I have recieved this after opening a dispute and waiting 10 days for sellers reply. I have given them fair time to reply and they have not at all. They have not even replied in the dispute which says "If seller does not reply within 10 days of dispute you will be automatically refunded". I am very annoyed by this and I would really like to know why? I have given evidence and I still was declined? THIS IS WRONG!
EDIT: I have recieved an email contradicting the status given. I am very confused and would like to understand what is going on
