Buyer had dispute with me a seller - we worked it out and he received the product so no refund but i have not been able to get him to close dispute- have not heard from him since we solved it and do not want to keep bothering him - do i need to escalate to paypal and tell them we agreed to close it with no refund or will i get money when dispute ends (soon)?
Basically if dispute ends with zero action does money return to seller or is it refunded to buyer?
TX in advance
