May someone help.
I have ordered goods, received, but goods not as described. I opened the dispute, provided enough evidences, but dispute was closed with no reason. Can i reopen dispute? How?

No, you cannot re-open a dispute buy you can make a phone call to PayPal customer service. Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page for options.

Hi,
I ordered razors from china.
Before shipment i told seller i need good quality, i mentined that many times.
When received it was impossible to shave with such razors, and i opened the disputed.
I provided feedbacks from other buyers about this product, after i provided evidences dispute was closed.
I provided all information and received no reply from paypal staff.

just trash your razors and chalk it up to experience,dont buy from CHINA.ifyou win the dispute,you will have to return them b ack to China with tracking,is it worth the return cost?

what is the reason you lost the dispute?
if you paid with credit card,file chargeback,if it is an EBAY transaction,file with Ebay.
