I ve been emailed saying that if I have any i information for my case to submit under case actions whether to upload file or tell them more. However,doing this it doesnt go through. I get message saying your information didnt go through due to technical issues. Please try again later. What do I do? I dont want paypal to think Im not cooperating here.
