Delayed claim with no reason

My case is basically done as I should get a refund and the seller already responded and he was the one to escalate my dispute to a claim. He even sent a comment yet the status still says theyre waiting for his response. Its a waste of my time to wait for him to "reply" as he already did and paypal wont stop wasting my time and setting the reply due date a week from now. How do I get them to realize the seller already replied and to go ahead and finish the case and refund me. My case is straight forward because the "seller" wasnt even a seller and his account got hacked. Were talking about $470 here.
