Dealing with fraudulent payment on closed account.

Hello community, quick note: my friend had a plane ticket bought with her account that was fraudulent. She contacted PayPal to report the activity as illegal, and in the process they closed her account. She is now unable to progress with the claim and still has the outstanding charges. What is the best course of action to take? Thank you to anybody reading this. Sincerely, Woodstock.

Seems odd that they would close her account. As this is a peer to peer community, it's not possible to look at user account info through this public community. She may want to contact customer support for some additional info and assistance.
