Credit Card charged because buyer opened case!

I sold an item on eBay for $130 and shipped it out to the seller. The seller however claimed that he never received the item and opened a case against me. Ebay, being that they ALWAYS side with the buyer charged my credit card with $130 instead of even charging my paypal account with negative balance. I wouldn’t even be as mad if ebay had given me a negative paypal balance because of this; however charging my credit card is unacceptable. I will no longer be using ebay and I really need a way to help resolve this problem. If anyone could step in and help that would be greatly appreciated.

read your own post ,who is the buyer and who is the seller?

why does Ebay charge your paypal account when there is no money in it?

Vendor cannot charge an account with no fund in it,it makes no sense at all.

can I take money out of an empty purse?
