Hi, I paid $42.20 to a person, but I then canceled payment and was waiting for a refund. I received emails from PayPal saying, "We were not able to charge the credit card or bank account listed as your backup funding source, but we were able to complete your payment to *******@gmail.com by using funds from your PayPal balance." So am I still getting a refund even though the payment to the seller has been completed? If I'm still getting a refund, where will I expect my refund to go to? It's says my PayPal balance but I have yet to receive it and PayPal charged my debit card as it took away $42.20 from my account. The payment for the refund says it has been completed on march 27th but I haven't received any money yet. I would just like to know why it says payment for refund completed when I haven't received any money back. Thank you.
