Close account before bank gets transfer

Can u close my paypal account I had fraud and for my money back now I just transfered it to my bank it's complete on paypal end now my bank is just processing it, it hasn't shown in my bank yet but they can see it coming through can i close my paypal now

You can't close a paypal account if there are transactions pending.

But when you do want to close your account there is an option to do so in your paypal account.
