Claim was denied

Over the weekend my account was hacked & 3 transactions were made today paypal emailed me

that my claim was denied because this transaction was not unauthorized

but on my closed case page under each of the transactions it says The money will be refunded to the original payment method

Does that mean i will be refunded the amount?

Any resolution? Have same issue and no way to appeal. It says it is not covered under pp protection because it’s unauthorized (which is why I filed a claim!)
