Last night or early today 2 a.m. I won $5,000 Real Cash in Chumba. I did cashout to Paypal, but I got no notifications from PayPal or Chumba in my e-mail. Is that normal or it's Sunday be patient. Is Chumba a total scam, I have deposited REAL funds $10, $10 then $30 and I won. I did not get REAL excited or tell anyone in case its a scam. Also I wish I had screenshot the win but did not. And my REAL CASH funds still says over $5,000 despite I did cash out, does that mean TRY cash out again. Very confused please help ASAP I coudl REALLY USE this big win like yesterday.

I have made two cashouts following all the required rules to send two forms of identification--drivers license and phone bill statement. I keep getting emails telling me I still need to do this. I keep sending and keep receiving autoreply confirmation emails they received. Plus you can logon into their site and see all activity which shows all the correspondences and the fact each one has an attachment and they aren't being handled. Now I have another email if I don't send in documentation my cashouts will be canceled. Upon reading it seems this has become a common issue with Chumba and they do not receive their money. I spent $4000 and have $2400 in cashouts to be returned. I want my money back as I fear this is a scam and I am **bleep**. Can I dispute they charges as Chumba is not acknowledging my cashout requests or my sending in required documentation to process.

My problem wasn't with cashouts but with double and triple charges that appear on your PayPal.
As for disputing and getting your money back, good luck. You can try but as soon as you dispute, the company will take all the gold coins your purchased away and closes your account. As you can see in the thread, it's really hard to prove yourself with PayPal. They just take the money and leave the customer in the cold.

I won $5K last week and transferred the money through PayPal and then to my bank. PayPal has this new feature that instead of transferring money to the bank via my banks's routing number; I could transfer the money to my ATM/debit Visa card which is connected to my bank account for a fee of .25, and the money would get there in a quicker period of time. I did that and it was lightning fast. Awesome!! There are so many HATERS on the internet when it comes to this casino. Think about it for a moment...Its gambling. You deposit money to gamble with and lose or win or both. They clearly haven't won. Maybe if they had a better upbeat attitude on life, they might just win. Losing is a negative thing. So stop complaining and/or stop depositing you money into it. DUH!!!
