Strange. When I first disputed the charges, I was told by PayPal rep that she seen a lot of activity on a guest account. PayPal refunded $7,000 back to me but then stopped. That's when I called asking what was going on and I was told that there were too many transactions to go through...
After I was told that, I knew right away that PayPal didn't care that's why I went to my credit card companies.
I would file a police report against PayPal and the casino and make them answer questions.
It may be because there are so many complaints that Paypal stopped refunding the money, I do not have answers to any of it, I have filed a police report and will file another but I feel that no matter what I do I am **bleep** here and paypal will not help me

You would think that they would take it serious being that we're complaining on their community board. The email that you are referencing is lawrence email address I assume.
I'm sorry if this is a repeat but I found that the casino uses a second credit card processing center in the UK called Streamline which is also named WorldPay. They are the ones replying to my fraud charges telling me that I have two accounts. I have written to them asking for this info and they (of course) are not returning any of my emails. I've written to the casino asking them to verify this information (Streamline / WorldPay) and after two emails telling them I'm still waiting for a response, they finally replied saying that they forwarded to a different department for an answer...
Why in the world would they need two processing companies? They are partners with PayPal who are the ones who process the credit card transactions? Now PayPal has to know this because the chargeback responses are coming through PayPal and I know they are reading them...

Has anyone tried out Chumba Casino? It's an online casino that claims it's legal in the US by using some loopholes of sweepstakes or something.
I'll say I tried it and I do not recommend it. For one, they have pretty high minimum cash-out requests. For the Facebook version it's a minimum of $400. For the chumbacasino.com version it's $100. They don't offer any kind of deposit matching or loyalty bonuses or free play. You also have to play through 100% of your deposit before requesting a cash-out.
Their games are alright in terms of graphics but seem very tight. I've had some mediocre bonuses (max one being around $100) but the biggest problem I have with them is a lack of transparency. Every other online casino states their payout percentages. Chumba refuses to. To me that screams they must be horrendous. Customer service tried telling me their system's RNG was certified by Gaming Associates and that they have big winners every day. However us smart slot players know that means squat. I don't doubt their RNG is random and that they have big winners occasionally, but that doesn't say squat about their payout percentages. They could be 60% for all I know (and from my experiences that seems possible hah!).
So I guess this turned out to be more of a cautionary tale. Trusting online casino that don't publish their numbers is not a wise decision at all.
I wouldn't recommend Chumba either. I played it in its previous incarnation when it was more like a virtual world game that focused on casino games. Like other free-to-play Facebook games, there was leveling, experience points, achievements, customizable avatars, etc. Slots, blackjack, baccarat, keno, roulette, and video poker were available then (with some of the non-slot games having horrendous house rules/edges). Apparently some people put a lot of time into the game back then (based on the high levels and gold balances they achieved; top player information was available for the public to see back then). Those loyal players got royally **bleep** over as Chumba introduced their Sweeps Cash system and started gradually phasing out the more traditional free-to-play elements from the game. In addition, Sweeps Cash could only be used on the slot games (I don't know if that policy has changed since or not). I didn't like the way Chumba overhauled their game and stopped playing after that.
So as you guys have pointed out, something is not right over there. Chumba started bombarding me with emails and free chips etc. They must have bought my email from a list.
It seems they have no gambling license registered with any reputable body. The games are different and that's cool, until you realize that because they are made in house, 60% payback is not a far cry. Could be worse...
The main issue and why they can never be considered a real good site to play at is because no one is holding them accountable. At least with most offshore casinos I can talk to the owners and governing bodies in person. After trying to figure out who is running it I realized that they are purposefully hiding behind a curtain of lies.
Making it seem like it is legal, and claiming that it is not gambling, yet not being registered with the FTC means you are running a crappy program, one that I must say... stay away. But you could try a prepaid card and if you lose call Visa and back charge it. They have no way of stopping it, but if you win do not expect to get paid unless you voice you are posting public about them. The only person I could find that was acually paid is an active member of the GPWA forums.

From my experience and what I have read calk it up as NEVER and do not be sucked in by this place again and CHECK EVERY transaction because it looks like they have a history of dishonesty, I do not know I am in total limbo to all that has to happen in our case, We love pay[pal for everything else but when it comes to this matter I am so DISAPPOINTED in Paypal and what has happen
So everything of mine is still being disputed BUT what I do know is:
- They use a 3rd party processing company named "Streamline" which is doing business at World Pay. They are located in the UK. These are the people that stated that I have two accounts. The casino will not confirm this company, playing it off as if they do not know them.
- Full Story software is a software that records video, keystrokes, and mouse clicks. When you visit the casino website, this software is downloaded automatically in your computer without your authorization. Once this software is on your computer, it's there for good. You will have to do a full wipe of your computer to remove all the code. I did reach out to Full Story and received an email back after my 2nd attempt to reach them. I asked for the information they had recorded on me and they will not disclose any information(protecting their client). Juliana Spaeth, Full Story Corporate Counsel, is who wrote me back. Looked Juliana up and she works for a law firm named Lalin Law Office. Guess where it's located......Serbia.
So if you like this place or not, buyer be warned, they will get you. They will double charge you at some point. When you enter your credit card number, they will have it (keystrokes). When you enter passwords, they will have it (keystrokes).
I hope this message reaches people and saves them from what I'm going through. I'm mostly worried about the elderly who play and have no clue how to investigate or even realize what's going on. So if you have parents, grandparents, etc. who play this, tell them to stop! This site is heavily advertised on Facebook.
