Last night or early today 2 a.m. I won $5,000 Real Cash in Chumba. I did cashout to Paypal, but I got no notifications from PayPal or Chumba in my e-mail. Is that normal or it's Sunday be patient. Is Chumba a total scam, I have deposited REAL funds $10, $10 then $30 and I won.  I did not get REAL excited or tell anyone in case its a scam.  Also I wish I had screenshot the win but did not.  And my REAL CASH funds still says over $5,000 despite I did cash out, does that mean TRY cash out again. Very confused please help ASAP I coudl REALLY USE this big win like yesterday.

I have called Attorney General, Gaming Board, I even reached out to Places in Vegas to ask Questions,I can not believe how often this happens, There is a lot of good and decent reviews for Chumba or What ever but there are cases similar in disputes also, I did not Open an accout, nor purchase the gold coins everyone is talking about and Chumba in an EMAIL said they had no account linked to my paypal,TWICE then when I copied and pasted the with drawls from my paypal they changed their tune,They still could not find the account but wanted to hemhall around and say something different. I had no account but they were no refunded my money.REALLY. Paypal is life saver to my business but this has me PIS@#$ED

from the site we are talking about, itg wont let me post all information)

Hi Scott,

Thank you for contacting Chumba Casino Customer Service.

We understand that you are reporting that you have had funds taken out of your account. We have tried checking and found no PayPal account linked to your  (website) account and some auto-refunded transactions. We would also like to reassure you that we have no control and access to your accounts as we only have the corresponding email addresses and transactions for reference.

Also, if a purchase for our website is successful, it will generate a purchase confirmation email (similar to an online receipt, with a Transaction and Invoice ID). These are then sent to your PayPal account's registered email address. You may send us the PayPal Invoice IDs of the related transactions and we'll be more than happy to double check them for you.

We hope these would be able to help ease your worry.

Sincerely,
June

I have found that also, because there area lot more complaints on even more sites against this company and all the fraud, I can not close my paypal account because I have out standing invoices, But I am opening account on google who has asure me they can better protect me from nightmares like this, I am truly at a loss for words on this matter, Up til the point of all the money coming up missing and paypal rejecting our proof I would have defended paypal to the end. I will still say some of the employees who tried to help I have admeration for, the rest, Not so much. I can understand to a point some of the cases paypal found in this companys favor but when there is proof of wrong doing like in my case proof of hacking and admissions by the company that there is an issue paypal should have stood by me. We are an Event Planning/Coordinating and photography Company that even though we have  clients who can afford their dream events ,We help the brides who have dreams on low low budgets, We do a lot of charity work and even when small amounts come up missing like a 1000.00 it really cuts down on the help we can give. There are petitions on line to shut this company down (casino) maybe more people should sign it, I have seen many complaints about issues were they ask for Id;s after someone wins, They need Id's and other proof upon someone opening an account.

I had great respect for PayPal until now, when I needed them most.  I do admit to playing the site but had tens of thousands taken from me.  I have proof only to be told that I have too many transactions to go through to find out what transactions are real and what transactions are fraud so therefore they are all yours.  That angered me to the core.  Just goes to show you that PayPal doesn't care about the little man, no matter how much proof they have.  I will be including them in my police report and the report to the FTC.  To me, with all the issues and proof that I have and the PayPal knows about, they are just as guilty by protecting them.
