Last night or early today 2 a.m. I won $5,000 Real Cash in Chumba. I did cashout to Paypal, but I got no notifications from PayPal or Chumba in my e-mail. Is that normal or it's Sunday be patient. Is Chumba a total scam, I have deposited REAL funds $10, $10 then $30 and I won.  I did not get REAL excited or tell anyone in case its a scam.  Also I wish I had screenshot the win but did not.  And my REAL CASH funds still says over $5,000 despite I did cash out, does that mean TRY cash out again. Very confused please help ASAP I coudl REALLY USE this big win like yesterday.

PayPal wouldn't hear about it from me.  I asked if this company had issues and of course they said that this company never had an issue.  I had to dispute with my credit card companies and they have coming back in their favor then I file a dispute again, now waiting.  If I may, can I ask what amount they took from you?  I'm coming up near $60,000.  I didn't realize that they were taking extra money either then I woke up and knew that the totally they were sending were not right.

It was around 2,000. I also made sure to tell them that I had most of the gold coins I purchased still in my account and that when I opened the first dispute they deactivated my account so I could not access what I purchased. That seemed to help. They told me they forwarded all the info into a Dept to look into there billing and account because they have been getting so many disputes.

Thanks for the info.  Yeah PalPal lied to my face telling me they had no complaints.. Oh that upsets me.  Don't understand how they can allow this company to continue to do this to people.  They closed my account as well.  I had access but it showed -$54,000 as my balance.  I just emailed their chargebacks department stating that my account was closed and I can't access the gold coins I did purchase.  We'll see what happens.  I have 254 current disputes open on them and I just told PayPal that I wanted to dispute all my PayPal credit card transactions that went to this company as well.

It's the gold coins we actually purchase not the sweeps so even if your sweeps is negative you probably still have a positive balance in the gold coins. I took a screenshot of the email saying my account was deactivated and a screenshot of the email saying they took the coins and sweeps back because of dispute and emailed that along with my email.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for contacting Chumba Casino Customer Service.

We understand that you are reporting that you have had funds taken out of your account. We have tried checking and found no PayPal account linked to your  (website) account and some auto-refunded transactions. We would also like to reassure you that we have no control and access to your accounts as we only have the corresponding email addresses and transactions for reference.

Also, if a purchase for our website is successful, it will generate a purchase confirmation email (similar to an online receipt, with a Transaction and Invoice ID). These are then sent to your PayPal account's registered email address. You may send us the PayPal Invoice IDs of the related transactions and we'll be more than happy to double check them for you.

We hope these would be able to help ease your worry.

Sincerely,
June

To make this site 'legal' to play in the USA, you purchase a package of 'gold coins' which allows you to play their slots for free.  So say that $30 buys you 200,000 gold coins to play on their slot machines for ‘fun’.  Well that $30 then goes into an account called $weeps which is money you can play on the slot machines for ‘real’ money.

If you play any game on Facebook (slot machines), you will see that after you play the free coins that they give you, you will then have the option to purchase more coins to play for ‘fun’.  It’s the same thing.   Hope that makes sense.

As for PayPal, I have a business account with them as well.  I just emailed the chargeback department at PayPal telling them a few 'nice' words.  I can't believe they are going to lie to us, acting as if this company has no record of fraudulent practices.  I basically told them that since they will not help me with my credit card disputes (because my credit card companies are handling it), I want them to dispute all transactions from VGW Holdings on my PayPal credit.  I further said since they lied to me and are lying to every customer that has had an issue with them (the casino), I expect them to figure it out as I’m sure they (PayPal) knows what’s going on and how they are double / triple charging people.  I wrote them last night and as of this morning, they didn’t write back.

WARNING to all that have played:

This casino (Chumba) uses software called Full Story which records you.  If you look at your cookies on your browser, you will see a cookie called Full Story.  This software is code that the casino pushes down to your computer without your knowledge.  This software allows the casino to watch you ‘live’ with a few seconds of delay, records all your keystrokes (entering credit card numbers, passwords, etc), and records all your mouse clicks.  Look up this software (Full Story) but MOST important, because of the cookie, there is NO way to stop the recording unless you visit their website and download another cookie to opt out!  That’s right, you will need to go to the website (Full Story) and search for opt out and click the button “Opt Out” to drop another cookie on your browser to stop the recording!!!  I would put the website address on here but I believe they would block it.  If you search for Full Story Software, you’ll find it.  I even think you can search Full Story Software Opt Out and it will come up.

Here is the wording from Full Story's website:

"

Opting Out

If you wish to prevent all websites using the FullStory Services to be able to record an its activity, you can opt-out of the FullStory Services. Opting out will create a cookie that tells FullStory to turn off recording on any site which uses the FullStory Services. The presence of this cookie is required to continue opting out, so if you clear your browser cookies, you will have to opt-out again. (We regret that there isn't a better way to make your opt-out more permanent, but due to technical reasons, this really is the best we can do at present.)"

Tell PayPal you don't agree with the outcome of this and you want to see the chargeback response from VGW Holdings which will tell you what they are saying.  But WOW.  You have the casino telling you that you have no account with them linked to a PayPal account but yet PayPal will not listen.  I tell ya, after this is over, PayPal can kill my **bleep**, never using them again.

I can not put full blame on paypal they have a high profile company they are trying to protect against the little guy,So they go by what that company says but when they have it in writting from the company to me that they did not have a account then paypal should stand behind me, I do not see where to appeal this case  trying to figure it out, Paypal is very important to my business so I have to check it several times a day to ensure the second there is a problem it is dealt with, problem is I do not have access for 10 hours a day sometimes
