Last night or early today 2 a.m. I won $5,000 Real Cash in Chumba. I did cashout to Paypal, but I got no notifications from PayPal or Chumba in my e-mail. Is that normal or it's Sunday be patient. Is Chumba a total scam, I have deposited REAL funds $10, $10 then $30 and I won. I did not get REAL excited or tell anyone in case its a scam. Also I wish I had screenshot the win but did not. And my REAL CASH funds still says over $5,000 despite I did cash out, does that mean TRY cash out again. Very confused please help ASAP I coudl REALLY USE this big win like yesterday.

Did you ever get the extra charges taken care of? They double billed me several times. They also didnt give me all the coins/sweeps i paid for. I disputed the charges they messed up on and now they closed my whole account. Im trying to decide if I should go back abd dispute all charges since I can't get into my account at all.

CHUMBA NEEDS A CLASS ACTION BROUGHT AGAINST THEM!!! I have been researching VGW and reading article after article, blog after blog, COMPLAINT after COMPLAINT against them and THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS. The payout to money in exceeds even a Vegas casino. At least the odds are better in Vegas, they give you half a chance! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: developers are VERY tech savvy and continuously monitor each and every account. They have written the "terms and conditions" and "regulations" to basically state they can do what ever they want without being held liable. The sad part is that PayPal is backing this kind of abuse to the consumer, their very own account holders they have legally bound themselves to protect. This has got to be policed much better through the banking commission and a consumer protection committee. I have been denied 3 payouts and lost money deposited they claim they never received from Facebook. Facebook sent an invoice number and all evidence and Chumba still told me to kick rocks.... they have got to be investigated

I don't know if this is the same situation I had but I had found that chumba somehow withdraws money from your credit card without your authorization. Example, my girlfriend played $60 and then woke up to find that just shy of $1,400 was taken from her bank account by Paypal (Chumba fraud transactions). I'm in the thousands of frudulant transfers. I dont know how they are doing it, all I know is that they send you an email as if you make the transactions, they even spoof your IP address.
Paypal told me to basically kick rocks as you said but they are **bleep** with the wrong person. I'm a honest person and I don't go down easy. They company is 100% fraud and if Paypal doesn't do something they are going to get sued themselves.

They did me the same way. I did dispute all charges because I didn't know what was real and what was fraud. I'm not talking a couple of bucks overcharged, I'm talking $60,000+ over charged. That's what I get for trusting Pay Pal and this casino. Don't know if this helps but what I'm being told is that I show two accounts with transactions (per the chargeback response form). I don't have two accounts, in fact the casino even told me that I don't have two account. Now you would think that I would be able to get info on the two accounts, well I can't! They even say the transactions are coming from my IP address! If anybody else has this happening to them, please share you info so we can find out how the heck they are doing this.

Courious what you're finding out while fighting this. Are they saying that you had two accounts as well or something different?

The bank should supply you with the response from VGW Holdings (the casnio) which will say the reason the transactions are valid. My girlfriend played $60 and they took $1,400 from her bank account. The investigation just started about three weeks ago, waiting on the report. Just trying to piece things together to see if there are any simular things.

How are you getting your money back out of curiousity because I have been going thru "heck" in trying to get my money back from the fraudulent merchant. It doesn't matter what I have proved to PayPal--they continually rule in favor of Chumba.
