Chargeback help

Hi I have had a chargeback on an item I sold on ebay a couple of weeks ago (£400). The buyer has gone to their bank claiming they did not authorise the purchase. The buyer asked me to send the item to their work address and i did so not knowing I would not be covered by PayPals buyer protection. I have emailed evidence of our messages on ebay in which the buyer asked me to send the parcel to their work address. Does anyone have any advice or experience, is their anything else I could do? Thanks in advance.
