Hello, i’m trying to buy a playstation 4 account from someone, but i’m not sure if he’s gonna scam me or not.. So i heard there is a charge back in PayPal but i have no idea how to do it. Can someone tell me how can i get my money back if i got scammed? also, can he use the money right after i pay him? or he can’t ? Thanks.
