Bought a 1955 T Bird, they want bank transfer payment. am I safe? The problem I have is contact number worked but email address with e-bay didn't. The have zirro for feedback. I am concerned.

You may want to reconsider using this method for payment - as a vehicle can't shipped through UPS or USPS, you have no PayPal buyer protection.  Per the User Agreement:   Ineligible items and transactions under PayPal’s Purchase Protection program include "Vehicles, including, but not limited to, motor vehicles, motorcycles, caravans, aircraft and boats".   If you can meet the seller in person and pay cash - you're better off, if the seller pushes back - then no deal.

since there is no seller protection for car purchase,a car seller would never ask to be paid via Paypal.

how do you plan to pick up the car?

title and cash can change hands when you are ready to accept the car
