So I wanted to buy some concert tickets from this guy and he asked me to pay him through PayPal. I sent it to him through a family/friends payment. He never gave me the tickets so now I want my money back. The transaction is still pending so I thought I could cancel the payment, but there is no cancel button. Is it too late? I have tried to contact him, but he won't respond to me. I opened a dispute in the resolution center, but it is going to take a while. I'm just lost as to what to do. Any advice?
