November 2017, I sold a flawless phone (with AppleCare to October 2018) on eBay and shipped it carefully, insured with signed delivery confirmation and received the funds via PayPal. Two months later PayPal reversed the transaction and states seller protection does not cover me when the buyer disputes the charge with her bank. They are “arguing on my behalf with no guarantees.” My PayPal balance is in the negative collecting fees I can’t pay, and I cannot get a hold of the buyer despite reaching out multiple times. What can I do??
