So I have an dispute I opened up a while ago and recently got a response saying that Im eligible for a refund and that I just need to return the items to the sender and provide a photo of the tracking number and screenshot of purchase. Well I've been trying to upload the files on here and keep getting sent to a blank page with no options. Very frustrating and not sure what to do?
