Can my pay pal be used to steal money without me knowing

A sender who’s sent me $30 got 5700 taken from my PayPal with no eveidence on my end of that transaction. His bank is stalling I need to know how to get that information of fraud on my end to help clear my name and prove it was taken by hackers.
